the breakfast experience was lovely. mohammed greeted everyone with a smile. he made the meal so much better. the kitchen was great. it had enough pots and pans, and it was easy to use. it was also spacious and clean.
the mattresses felt quite firm, that impacted my sleep. it was a bit of a walk to the metro, not ideal. the laundry situation was not clearly explained. it also was not what i had expected, applying twice.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh, offering plenty to eat. It seemed well-run despite the huge number of people staying there. I used the washing machine and dryer on our last day.
The hotel is far from the city center in a poor location. The room cleaning was not done, even though I requested it as instructed. There was no carpet in the rooms, so I had to walk barefoot. They didn't provide slippers either.

Mohammed greeted us every morning with a big smile, and nothing was too much trouble! apu and mohammad did a great job making sure we were comfortable at breakfast. I definitely recommend this place. the staff was friendly and very available. Top customer service!
The rooms are a bit tiny. I could also hear some outside noise because the windows aren't that great.

Mohammed welcomed us each day with a smile during our 4-night stay! he always made sure we were happy. It really made our mornings better. the service was top notch. I appreciate their kind assistance. the breakfast was also good. I think it was good value.
The room's temperature was very difficult to adjust. I also found the window faced the road. these things made it difficult to have good comfort at night! i would have preferred a quieter location away from street noise.
